Since I have worked on EB during my time in RWTH Aachen University, I would recommend the Domain State Model which was developed there together with colleagues from other universities. It is still being developed further and tested for different systems, so maybe it can be supportive for you.

Thank you for your valuable contributions. You would tell me a program model that implements the monte carlo method used in the Domain reference "State Model for Exchange Bias", I know to program in Maple and Matlab, I wanted to implement these terms of energy, but I do not know how to write the Hamiltonian terms in program. If you had a simple example of a hysteresis loop then it would be a great step to start my program for exchange bias. Thank you.

of course there are also other models available in the literature, the above mentioned one is probably not absolutely perfect. I am a little bit biased due to my former connection to Aachen ... and recently I have been working more on pure nanomagnets than on EB, so I may have missed other sophisticated models which other researchers may prefer.

I want to simulate a hysteresis loop using monte carlo simulation in any program, it can be Matlab, Maple or C ++, let's see if I find a routine to implement.
