I have the EEG recordings of 65 subjects and I would like to reconstruct the source of the signal in the gamma frequency range. Unfortunately, I don't have an individual MRI or electrode digitalization file for this data.
I started exploring Brainstorm but it gives me a lot of issues...it often gets stuck and I still have to figure out how to load 65 files in a script.
I am wondering if there is another plugin that can be easily scripted using matlab code, ideally enabling me to load Fieldtrip TFR files. Does anyone have experience with Fieldtrip source reconstruction pipeline?Is there another plugin that you recommend?

EEGLAB is a good one! And the another one is Brainstorm3....Both are equally good with the second one having more features
