My lab is going to buy a new Cryo-TEM. The budget is less than 3M€, so out choise is either TF's Glacios (looks like proven solution, but no energy filter at the moment), o JEOL's CryoArm200 (energy filter as standart, but still no working instrument. Maybe somebody could advice some differences between those 2.

My other question is on plunge freezer - TF'S Vitrobot either Leica EM GP2? Maybe somebody has both (or worked with both instruments) in his lab? What "real life" differences is between those two?
