I need to submit my paper on 5g antenna, I have only done the simulation and have not physically fabricated the antenna. I need to publish the paper soon anywhere. can anyone suggest to me where I should start?
I found this particular website that soon has a conference but it seems sketchy, and there are not good remarks on Wikipedia.

The submission deadline for EuCAP has passed but APS submission deadline is May 15th, 2021.
You can also try to submit to IMS even thought it's not a specialised antennas conference: https://ims-ieee.org
