Which citation index is most accepted? Google Scholar or Scopus? Reason?
The citation scores can be viewed from different perspectives. For any score, it is important to understand the source. Scopus citations are limited to content in Scopus, and that is significantly more limited in volume compared to Google Scholar. You can therefore expect a lot higher citation scores in Google Scholar than in Scopus.
At the same time, the citations you have in the Scopus data are considered to be more "valuable", as the content in Scopus has been reviewed out of many quality criteria. That means that each citation in Scopus is likely to be part of peer-reviewed, thorough research. In Google Scholar no such process exists, and you may get a lot of citations that are self-citations, or from material in predatory or otherwise low-quality journals, conference proceedings, etc. Anyone that looks at your profile, would hence regard the number of Scopus citations as a more correct reflection of your research than Google Scholar.
An interesting alternative is Zendy (see https://zendy.io). They are working on including citations from CrossRef, which is a lot broader than Scopus, but still is limited to journals that have been accepted by CrossRef (less restrictive, but still a certain level of quality).
In my opinion Scopus citation is prestigious than RG. However, RG citations are widely accepted that Google Scholar. In a nutshell, it doesn't matter how many citations you got, rather the quality of your manuscript matter most!

In my opinion Scopus citation is prestigious than RG. However, RG citations are widely accepted that Google Scholar. In a nutshell, it doesn't matter how many citations you got, rather the quality of your manuscript matter most!
We have to depend on the more trusted academic platform "database", so it is so easy to depend on Scopus database.

Google schooler has a biggest data base, so I think it is more acceptable
In Italy only Scopus and Wos are recognized for obtaining the national scientific abilitation

Scopus citation is more authentic than other at present but Google scholar is more popular.
More people prefer Google Scholar profiles than the SCOPUS.
It is individual's opinion about choosing better among all.
However, Google Scholar profiles are easily viewed during searching in Search Engines. Then RG profiles are searched. SCOPUS and WoS are ......?
Hence, Google Scholar is more popular.
On the other side for automatic publication and citations updation, SCOPUS is best among all. RG is second, Google Scholar third. And WoS is very delayed and many publication and citations are missing.
