There are four main dopaminergic pathways in human brain. One of them, mesocortical pathway, which underactivity is involved in negative symptoms of schizophrenia, has projections to prefrontal cortex. So, there are dopamine D2 receptors.

Hi yes D2 receptors are expressed in the prefrontal cortex , mainly in cortico-striatal and portico-cortical pyramidal neurons. See following link
