It contributes to sustainability, the existence of human, and the richness of nature and culture. The circular economy cannot solve all the issues of man and nature.

The transition period is a struggle since the change sometimes painful, and at the beginning, it needs an investment of research, money, and efforts, and sometimes the benefits are far in the future. Traditional industry surely, developing countries can be the losers of the transition temporarily (everybody is a winner of the circular economy in the long run). The necessary efforts, winners, and losers make the transition longer and more painful it can be on a rational way.

are all good answers that represent the possible impacts of Circular Economy, but difficult to assess in a "measurable" way. Pheraps have you any ideas or ref. able to solve this issue (i.e. the measurability and assessability of these aspects)?
