In most of the Avoided Losses Studies the LRR is a key variable for determining the benefits of early warning systems. However, most of the times this value is taken ad-hoc. I would like to analyse more in deep the factors afecting this value in different countries, so will appreciate to have information on this from case studies. Thank you in advance.

Sorry, if I have been unclear about my role in risk assessment and management. Having prior field experience, my purpose was to ensure a safe environment for the health care workers, who albeit vital to the research, spend most of their tenure indoors. Evaluation of correct date, time, frequency of people, potential unwanted gatherings was largely avoided by reaching an agreement between facilities and site to site transport. Because first and foremost this began as a study done by health workers on health workers working with patients every day.
