I would further suggest the booklet on Process Safety by the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) for specific hazards that might be encountered in the project. If you meant risk particular to getting a project done well the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge contains a wealth of information of mitigating Project Risks.
