Hi all, I have a big data but I'm struggling with the appropriate analysis. Here are the research questions:
1. Does glass cliff phenomenon differentiate between Canada and UK?
2. Is mindfulness correlated with unconscious bias to women in the recruitment process?
3. Will current company performance (crisis vs. successful) and choice of candidate (male vs. female CEO) influence how participants rank the company’s perceived future success and reveal gender discrimination where the female lead company will be perceived to be less successful and the male lead company will be perceived to be more successful?
4. Does the participants' candidate choice influence expectations of a leader in times of success versus crisis to contribute to facilitate glass cliff?
So data was collected through Qualtrics. Participants were randomly allocated to see either a company scenario going successful or going bad - and they selected a candidate out of two options. Then they answered the questions about the company's future in Likert scale. And they completed another likert scale survey about mindfulness.
How should I go with the analysis? My gut feeling is saying multiple regression with candidate choice but then I don't know where to include the future predictions. Alternatively, I could do ANOVA and seperate correlation, would that be useful?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
