I would like to inject AAV in the basal forebrain to infect the cholinergic neurons. I would like to use it also in vitro before injecting it into the brain. Which AAV serotype do you advice me which works in vitro and in vivo?

Moreover, I would like to use AAV for infecting astrocytes, which one is the best serotype for astrocytes?
