In my college days almost forty years back we had many extraordinary and excellent faculty who were not having Ph.D degrees but they were wonderful teachers and left a mark on us for all times to come.

Today we find people with all such degrees but have no flare of teaching. Though teaching qualities come with experience nevertheless Ph.D degree cannot make a good teacher? What do you think?
