2-aminoterephthalic acid (H2ATA) (0.5 g, 3 mmol) and tetra-n-butyl titanate Ti(OC4H9)4 (0.26 ml, 0.75 mmol) were added into a solution containing dimethylformamide (DMF) (9 ml) and dry MeOH (1 ml). And then, the precursor becomes very thick and turbid.
Dear Wen Tyi many thanks for posting this very interesting technical question. I assume that you followed a literature procedure. In this context please have a look at the attached "Supporting Information" of one of the original research papers on NH2-MIL-125:

In the experimental procedure it is stated that the resulting mixture (after mixing all the starting materials) is heated under solvothermal conditions (in an autoclave) at 150 °C for 3 days. After that, the resulting white precipitate (powder) is isolated by centrifugation. Thus at this stage I would not worry about the fact that the mixture is thick and turbid and just go ahead with the solvothermal heating.
