Whether phosphate solubilizing microorganism(PSM) inoculation is helpful for acid soils? Because acid soils are already acidic and enough Phosphorus will be available.

It all depends on the analytical report of the soil in question. Secondly, your phosphate solubilizers should be acid tolerant.
