Looking to use a DIY photolithography setup with a microscope, UV light and 44mm LED collimator to etch and fabricate the master mold on FR2 copper laminate

Plan on inverting the color scheme and potentially altering geometry of the attached exposure mask which was originally intended to be used on SU8 negative photoresist. May alter geometry to reduce amount of substrate which would need to be etched
