- Let us suppose, one journal with high IF/h-index but 2nd quartile (Q2) and other is 1st quartile (Q1) and low IF/h-index?
- Either we need to check the Q of a required subject category or overall Q of the journal.
- Which one do we prefer if one school of thought is high IF/h-index any other is good Q score?
- At the same time how we satisfy both school of thoughts selecting high IF/h-index and good Q score of the journal?

We must select a journal with:
1. A robust peer review system that would improve the quality of the paper.
2. A journal that can reach the targeted audience and ensure wider visibility and readability of the paper.
If a good Impact Factor journal OR a good quartile journal in one's field of specialty can efficiently ensure the two criteria mentioned above, then it must be selected.
