I'm an M.Phil student of English Literature. My specific area of study is subaltern studies. I have two good research papers on subalterns portrayed in Pakistani English short fiction. Now I want to publish them in an international journal.

You should publish it in such a journal which has the following features:
1:- Publishes articles related to your research area.
2:- has maximum publication rate per year.
3:- has maximum issues per year.
4:- Not paid or with low publishing cost.
5:- has five year impact factor.
You can find such kind of journals by searching keywords related to your field either in google scholar or in researchgate where you can get access to such journals.
