This question is in relation to my current project on the application of GIS to vaccine-preventable diseases in refugees. I am attempting to determine what the burden of vaccine-preventable disease is for refugees, but thus far this seems to be an area of literature gap. I have found literature that addresses individual diseases, but I would like more data and again on the overall burden. Thank you everyone, for any and all help.
There are diminutive chance of getting this type of data from any online database. You may like to try to contact a humanitarian agency such as UNHCR etc., if they are working/ have worked in your region of interest.
Iran is the host of about 2 million Afghan refugees. As much I know, these popukation are vaccinated similar to Iran native residents.However, they may may be dissatisfied with their Immunization program.
In this regard, you could interview with refugees themselves or with health experts
