You wont get free LIDAR data for India. You need to purchase the same from the vendors. Please the link below, you are also given answer in that discussion.

Probably you already did it, but if you did not, you can check this website: https://www.lidar-online.com/ . It is something quite new, so the get new data very often and it is changing quicky. Good luck!

Currently, two LiDAR are available

GEDI NASA

and ICESat 2

You can get it from LPDAAC , NASA earth data and ICESat 2 (https://nsidc.org/data/icesat-2) official site portals
