Hello, I want to know about the required capillary pressure wich release of fluids trapped in pores, specially two-phases reservoirs.

This depends very much on the rock type. Mercury injection capilary pressure data is often used to determine under wich condition a non wetting fluid is able to percolate through a rock. There is an abundant litterature on the subject and you could find an overview with an industry perspective in Vavra Kaldi and Sneider (1992 in AAPG bulletin).
The mobilization of a trapped phase depends on the balance of viscous over capillary forces. That is described in large detail in

The best is to run the experiment on the rocks and fluids. MICP can do but need IFT and contact angle information for the fluid.
