I would like to purchase NHS-ester. The idea is to conjugate them myself with several fluorochrome to perform ISH (using 3 channels with this configuration).
Unfortunately, I only find already conjugated ones.
Do you know where I can find some

You can purchase from several vendors like ThermoFisher, Sigma, Vector labs. Look for something like Alexa Fluor™ 488 NHS Ester (Succinimidyl Ester). Below are few of the links-

Conjugation is pretty simple. Make sure you get the right oligo modification and you must purify using gel and or HPLC for the accurate and best results.
