Is the apical and basal epithelium both have receptors? I know there are several receptor that localize on apical surface but are all the receptors co-localize on apical and basal side of gut epithelium? It would also be helpful is someone can list some receptor names here with there localization in epithelia.

The "toll-like receptors" have been extensively studied in terms of subcellular localization. Here is a recent paper to start with:
