Where do I get a fungus tested where I can get a side by side comparison of 2 samples to see if my method of lysis works properly?

I have a hard cell fungus that I need someone to look at to determine if the lysing method I am using is fracturing the cell properly. I am using mechanical pulverization but am not sure if the method is fracturing enough of the cells in order to make the claim that my method is the best one.
