Where do I find Bioclimatic data from the period 1900-1950?

bioclimatic data of the period 1950-2000 are available on ecoclim website but i want pre historical data. Please suggest me from where i can aquire the data.

Thanks for your concern sir, I am working on a particular species. I just want to look my concerned species interaction with climatic variable with the help of model. I have some historical locations that is why i need climatic data from the period in between 1900-1950
