Where can we obtain long length and open-through nanotubes (in mm length, if possible)?

We are looking for nanotubes which are open-through and the length is in mm or longer. the diameters of the nanotubes are from a few nanometers up to 1 micrometer. Wonder anyone in this field can help or provide information. Many thanks.
