Where can I get monthly or quarterly net electrcity consumption for Turkey ?

I am working on the determinants of electricity theft in Turkey. I found gross electricity consumption but I need net electricity consumption to calculate electricity theft rate. I need data from 2007 to 2015 monthly or quarterly.
