I tend to go to GADM when looking for boundaries data: https://gadm.org/index.html. I haven't checked specifically for what you want, but I think it is worth looking at.

I am able to download the shape file with the old districts only, but the link provided by you have assembly constituency shape file from which I can merge and form new shape file.
