I want to have information on plants biological traits based on the family. Can you recommend an online source? I am looking mainly for reproductive Biological traits of some families.

Nevertheless, the biological traits in TRY are classified species-wise and I am looking for information on the plant families instead.
This is quite a complex question as it really depends on exactly what information you are after. For example, you can find family-level information on the Angiosperm Phylogeny website (http://www.mobot.org/MOBOT/research/APweb/) but you will have to dig through text to find what it might have to say about reproductive characters. Another source that might be relevant, if self-incompatibility is of interest, is Igic et al 2008 (labs.biology.ucsd.edu/kohn/resources/Kohn-Lab.../Igic_et_al-copy.pdf) which provides some family level information.
Hopefully this is of some help but I suspect your request will not be found in just one source.
