If climate data is not available from a specific ground monitoring station, data is then provided from NASA's satellite/analysis data. I tried all of the suggested sources above. However, what I need is hourly averaged data for the UAE not daily nor monthly averaged data.

I am coming to see that it's quite difficult to obtain such data for the middle east in general.

As such, I'd highly appreciate it if there's a certain software, model, or code you could recommend for simulating the meteorological weather data I need.

Most of the links I provided are for hourly data.

BSRN sites provide 1-min data, but they have an internal engine to calculate hourly averages for you.

If you need more, you should contact the sponsoring organizations (like Masdar or KA CARE) and request hourly data from them directly.
