Hey Leena! I just did a quick search on Google Scholar for those two scales and a PDF of the VABS II came up as the third result. The Social Responsiveness Scale seems to be included in the DSM-IV (and probably the fifth edition as well) but if you don't have a copy of that handy or a license to the APA website then you can either find it on Sci-Hub (if you don't have any qualms skirting intellectual property laws) or you could simply try emailing the authors themselves. In my experience, most academics are more than happy to disseminate their work.
