While I do not know of a specific instrument to share with you, I would like to caution you that the validity of an instrument is for the specific population used to validate the instrument and not a general validity estimate for the instrument. Thus, whatever instrument you find, please collect reliability and validity data for the population in your study to confirm that it is valid for that population.
