The zip file contains blank .doc file. Can you share a word format of any journal submitted to springer nature? Blaise Manga Enuh
Samiul Islam In that case you can write the journal editors directly or use any other contact information provided on their site. In my case, articles I have submitted to Springer Journals didnt require specific formatting. A simple write-up in word doc was enough for submission.
Nevertheless, getting some clarification from the specific journal could be helpful.
