How is it that I can't find any literature about Bank Venture Capitals?

I have only found the classic paper

I have found something about their investment patterns in Europe.

Where is all the literature on Bank Venture Capital? Do they spur growth and performances of their portfolio firms? What are the value adding activities that they provide?
