The reference evapotranspiration dataset refers to the reference potential evapotranspiration calculated according to Penman - Monteith. The model has been applied considering the future peroid 2080s. Evapotranspiration estimates are a required input for hydrological modelling, alongside rainfall. Modified Penmann method cane be adopted to estimate Potential Evapo-transpiration (ETo) considering aero-dynamic and radiation factors (Outlined in FAO Irrigation and Drainage Paper 24) and the Crop Evapotranspiration (ETcrop) can be estimated by multiplying Eto with Kc (Crop Coefficient).

The global ET raster data for last years, the MOD 16 dataset at https://modis.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/dataprod/mod16.php will help you. For the future, you have to apply the climate change scenarios on the raster.

I agree with Surendran that the climate scenario data for 2050 can be used to calculate the evapotranspiration using Penman- Monteith method.

You may download temperature min and max data set from NASA web site. It is available from 1948. Then use SPI or SPEI package available in R software to calculate evapotranspiration. Different method are available to calculate ET. I can help you if you are not families with R software.
