Does anyone know where I can find a test-retest structural MRI dataset with a test-retest interval of 3 days?
It is better that the age range is 20~30.
Thanks.
It is unlikely to find an open source data base with such a short interval. It just doesn't make sense for most of the large project goals. ADNI can give you 6 month repeat scans, but the population is primarily older adults.
There are some two week interval scans in MIRIAD, as well as some same day ones. Ages are higher than you want though.
You might find what you want among the CoRR sets, but you'll have to do a bit of searching...
Why do you want that specific interval and age range?

Thanks, Brian and Gerard.
I want to use the data as control to show no changes without experimental operation.
In my opinion, without experimental operation, there must not be any changes. But I want to see it.

Is there any function in python for partial correlation calculation? A function in R is also useful. I have searched for a while, but in vain.

I am looking for a dataset with MRI data from both healthy control and patients (such as ADHD). It is better that those data is scanned on the same scanner with the same scanning protocol.
