I am working on "Influence of power and dependence on collaboration between contractor and sub-contractor" for this study i need to measures the Influence of trust commitment and reliability on collaboration, can anyone reccomend me some pre-tested instruments.

During my PhD I looked into a similar question. You may need to unpack the term "trust" first. There are very different types of trust and the way you position your question already gives away some of that. Power and dependency origin from a different social process than, for example, trust based on professional track-record or friendship-like relations.

Researching trust can be difficult, because in many places it is the socially correct answer for a research participant to say trust is important to them. It's prone to bias. In my interviews I avoided mentioning the terms trust, coercion, hierarchy etc for as long as possible. Start with open questions and close in further to the subject of interest in later questions. If of interest, I can dig out my interview questions (no questionnaire unfortunately) - just let me know.

As Anne mentioned trust is a multi-dimensional concept.
For instance there can be 3 types of trust in a context of an organization: (inter, inter – organizational and interpersonal) Trusting in supervisor form the interpersonal perspective has been measured in this paper: https://www.mdpi.com/2071-1050/10/7/2555/htm

Summing up, I would look for different instrument to evaluate trust in managers, commitment and performance.
