I'm looking for a Simulink/Matlab model to predict engine NOx based on Engine data, specially for real time applications

I think you'll have a good chance if you ask for it in R&D devisions of engine manufacturers. But of course it is not clear whether they will supply it to you, but maybe they will provide some real engine data.
