I used to purchase it from tRNA Probes in Texas but they went out of business. Sigma no longer sells it either. I've gone through page after page on Google, to no avail. I did find a company called "Chemical Block" but it looks sketchy, is in Russia, and they only accept Paypal, which my lab won't do.
Is there any company left that sells homogeneous tRNA, such as lysine-tRNA? It can be the tRNA by itself or already charged with lysine.
To anybody wondering, the answer seems to be no, you cannot buy a single tRNA. Just the pool of all of them. So if you need a specific tRNA, you get to do the horrid process of using nucleic acid probes along with a crapload of other stuff to separate and refold a specific tRNA species. Which makes sense considering a specific tRNA costs about $500/mg.
