We are looking for the Test of Playfulness Manual, as cited in Bundy (2001) and Durkin (2013), but are unable to locate using internet based searches.

You may already know, that there is a German/English Version on Amazon.com.
The original Version is a master`s thesis and therefore difficult to access: "Manual for Test of Playfulness [master's thesis]. Boulder, CO: Colorado State University; 2005."

Thank you for the insight Heiner Boetteger. We were able to obtain a copy of the manual through personal contact with the author, Dr. Anita Bundy. She also advised that "The best source for the "Test of Playfulness” is in the 2nd edition of Parham & Fazio’s book, Play in Occupational Therapy for Children, published by Mosby"
Hi there - have you read the old paper? It used the TOP and gives a lot of details on how to administer the Version 3 of the ToP.
