I am starting to learn how to use MZmine, but the guide I´m following is for MZmine 2.X and I downloaded the version 3 that is available in github. I have been able to do the same except for data analysis with PCA and searching for features in an online database search, from the documentation of the software I can see it is included, but I cant seem to find neither of them, so Im asking for some help in this regard.
