Where and how to determine the right drug concentrations (Carboplatin, Paclitaxel and BRAF/MEK inhibitor) to use on melanoma cell lines?

I'm using melanoma cell lines (SK23mel, 1102mel, 624.38mel and 526mel) for the proliferation assays. I would like to know the drug concentrations (alone and in combination) to be used for the proliferation assays that will be relevant for the clinic.

How and where can I find the right informations.
