Faculties usually do many jobs. Lecturers for some courses, as researchers who perform some experimental or theoretical studies to investigate the performance of some systems and consultation to serve the community. May be each one loves his performance in one of these jobs more than the others. Where you are happy and find your self more?
Paul: I feel happy as a teacher when a student understands a complex lesson that I am teaching. I feel happy when students write words of praise in the end of course evaluation. I feel happy when I receive a merit pay raise.

As a researcher: I feel happy when open my RG page and see my article recommendation or reading.
As a consultant: I feel happy when i see an achievement and progress my family and all of my students.

When my role is helping others in any possible way; then momentarily happiness happens.
In fact , I am doing all the three mentioned jobs and also to serve my society .I would like first to teach both under and post graduate students in plant protection fields .I enjoy treating my students friendly,lessening to their problems ,solving facing problems,lecturing on them, giving them chances to ask scientific or agricultural questions and giving them opportunists to build their capacities and personalities .
The second in ranking is to conduct research on entomological and pesticides research issues,and supervise post graduate students ( M.Sc and Ph.D students). It is a happiness day for me when carrying our research on a certain hypothesis and then publishing the extracted and statistically analysed data in a well known refereed and indexed journal. It is going to be a nice day when any of my post graduate student is able to defend his or her thesis successfully. Salam and best wishes .

As a consultant, every small and big achievement gives you happiness when your hardwork bears fruit. Being a researcher, you have many ups and downs that as you go along the journey of your research and of course you feel elated when you hit the result.
The satisfaction of a teacher can't be compared though. When you see that smile on the face of your students after they developed a new understanding; that 'aha' moment in the classroom. And I feel, the work profile of a teacher entails the role of both a researcher as well as a consultant!
Personally, I see all three identified roles contributing to my hapiness. No matter which role you may be undertaking, it can be argued that the purpose remains constant. Happiness for me is when I’m engaged in activities that are closely aligned to my ‘core beliefs/values,’ and these are all centred around positive social interactions whereby I am privileged to share in others‘ lives and experiences, grow and learn, question, support and challenge, be motivated and motivate others, and to share my knowledge and skills in order to promote positive change. to connectedness, empathy,
