We had a questionnaire where we wanted to see if preferring X played a role in customer engagement.

we had 4 questions for people who would prefer X for a product promotion

and 4 questions for people who would prefer it on apps

so when running the manova (we did both)

should we first group them into group 1 and group 2 depending on their preferences? then conduct the analysis to compare both results since the factor is common

or should we put all 8 variables at once?

our group is having a hard time figuring out which analysis to run, or how should we organize this, does anyone have any suggestions,? would really appreciate your guidance!
