I am not sure what you are really asking for, but there are two ways I understand your question.
First, if you want to show the deformation contour without the shape being distorted , you just need to remove the 'deformed shape' option from your menu and or change the deformed shape scale.
The other way I understand your question is that you want strains, not deformation components. You should then ask for the strain output in the direction you want, which is displacement normalized by length.
I guess you want to know the individual deformations of the two components you analyzed. The wording of your question "without taking displacement into account"is actually confusing. Please frame your question clearly and give sufficient information to get exact answer.
If you want displacements of the individual component, hide one of the component>go to displacement plot>right click on contour bar>Adjust to visible. You will see the contour bar has changed to show only visible components displacement.
Another way is to insert displacement in solution with scoped body of interest.
if you want strains then insert strain results. Above ways can be used for individual strains of components.
You have to define the frame of reference for the displacement. Since the stresses are caused by gradient of defermations, the displacement of the frame of reference can be added to the deformation field without affecting the stresses. Once you know the frame of reference, you can subtract its displacement from the defromation field. The frame of reference can be attached to the center of mass, for example, or the geometric center of the contac surface. I do not know how to perform this operation with your software.
