Hi,

I read about Chronbach's Alpha, and that it measure the internal consistency. But, I still do not understand when to use it?

For my case now, am doing a survey where am testing 7 hypotheses using Lickert scale. My Cronbach's Alpha is 0.844.

is that enough to say that the study is reliable? or that would only serve to claim that I have an internal reliability?

what more can be done in my case, to ensure reliability?

Best
