We want to see what you did and how you did it. It is unlikely that you developed a brand-new confidentiality protocol.

I believe it appropriate to place any confidentiality/privacy verbatim in the chapter to show them how you broached the issue with your study participants.

talk about the procedures of confidentiality to make it clear how you made them trust you and your research. follow the ethical rules and report them in ur research
