when testing the stability of dye sensitized solar cells through a repeated EIS methods. Just as be reported , we should do CV scanning between each EIS mesurement. However, i can't catch the exact meaning of relaxation at 0V for 30s or 20s when the CV scan is finished.

I added one paper published in Adv Mater,in the figure.3, the authors described the details.I just cannot catch the meaning of"30s relaxation at 0V", do you know.If you do, please tell me.thanks in advance!
