I tried a lot of time to explain

2 KMnO4 + 3 H2O2 → 2 MnO2 + 2 KOH + 2 H2O + 3 O2.

My work:

MnO4+H2O2 -> MnO3+H2O+O2^2-.

MnO4 -> MnO2 + O2
