I found an interesting article about this (UASB/SBR) please find the reference below
K. J. KENNEDY and E. M. LENTZ (2000)TREATMENT OF LANDFILL LEACHATE USING SEQUENCING BATCH AND CONTINUOUS FLOW UPFLOW ANAEROBIC SLUDGE BLANKET (UASB) REACTORS Wat. Res. Vol. 34, No. 14, pp. 3640±3656,
it is a very interesting question.well ,as we know there are several stages of SBR(Fill-React-Settle-Decant-Idle).Personally considering, SBR mainly discribes a wastewater treatment process, while UASB is a anaerobic digester. so totally saying, all these words are just terms people given them. The pollution removal is the more important than what they called.
