When AIDS/HIV is vaccinated, should it include buffers?

I am working soon for my website and here (to publish) on an AIDS/HIV cure, and I'd like to know more about the subject. Would buffers be necessary to not harm the surrounding cells via the virtual hound dogs of artificial white blood cells?
